This book hasn’t had any of the several rewrites that book one had. Not only has my ability improved considerably, but during those years away my life has taken many twists and turns, changing moods constantly. I can almost consider the current writing little more than a draft of events (some draft at 95’000 words!) that needs every single word changing plus layout rebuilds etc.

It is enjoyable, (so I keep telling myself) but what a haul this will be! I do take consolation that it will be a one shot rewrite this time, apart from editing fixes. Although finding motivation is difficult when book one is still nothing more than a file on a computer and no nearer being published. Again today, more rejections arrived.
